BPG assisted KMART Corporation in the
design of the site and construction administration of a 10.5-acre shopping
center based on customer, State, and local requirements. Subsequent to the initial retail outlet
construction, BPG was engaged to assist in the expansion of approximately 30,000
square feet of retail space and renovation of the original space.
Specifically, BPG provided the following
