RiversEdge
is an “open space” waterfront community, which translates into 128 spacious
home sites beautifully interspersed on 143 acres of prime coastal land,
affording such wonderful amenities as: a two acre sound front village green,
private boat launch facilities, pier and beach; miles of pristine nature
trails, community meeting place adjacent to the tennis courts, tot lots and
more. RiversEdge was Currituck County’s
first major common open space subdivision, and has been used as a model for the
type of development the County would like to encourage.
